Rent is $825 with $825 deposit & first month's rent required prior to move in. 12 month contract. No smoking or animals of any kind. Showings by appointment only. "Very safe quiet area of this part of Orem. Management says that we live on an island. Great parks, restaurants, libraries, etc in the area. Many kids to play with. Not too far from the mall, freeway, and UVU. "
