"Great place to live. Built the house in 2000 in an upscale community of Button Brook. Walking distance to school and town of Peru. One hour to Lake Placid home of the 1932 and 1980 Winter Olympics. 1-1/2 hours to Montreal Canada. Located 5 miles from beautiful Lake Champlain. "
