"Relatively easy on public transportation (dial-a-ride) with adequate planning. Not entirely reliable unless you have a car, especially in emergencies. Very windy, takes at least 30 minutes to get to any city."

"I’ve lived in this house for 9 years, lived less then a half mile down the road for 14 years prior to that, my neighbors have all been nice people, it’s a beautiful area out on Hood Canal, can’t imagine living anywhere else."

"A great place to live. Homeowners Community Park on the Hood Canal. Community owned water wells with pure untreated water, DOH certified. Low Annual Dues. Strong Association with Covenants and Bylaws to protect home values."

"Belfair is a gorgeous area of recreational paradise. I am searching for property here,however do be careful when buying "as is " Fannie Mae sales! FNMA sales often list appliances etc.as part of sales price,but will not allow Buyer in writing to include these items in their sales contract. If items go missing FNMA will not replace them !. "
