This Rental has been renovated for the past 4 months. It has new floors in the Kitchen and Bathrooms, A New tile shower in the hall bath, a Brand new Kitchen with gas burner stove and a new fridge. The back deck was built in November and has never been used. New carpet was installed through 2 bedrooms upstairs and hardwoods in the master. The house has had a new front door installed, completely new paint throughout the entire house including trim, new closet systems installed and all new fixtures. The home has an oversized living room adjacent to the eat in kitchen. 3 Large bedrooms upstairs and a possible 4th bedroom downstairs with its own half bath if needed. Currently, the setup for the downstairs space is a large den. This home has a drive under garage and sits on a corner lot in one of the nicest subdivisions off of Whites Mill road. It is seconds away from Valley street and is in the middle of Abingdon. This property is highly walkable both in its neighborhood and to Restaurants in Town. $1,350 a month is with the occupant mowing their own grass. $1,400 a month if the owner mows. We are considering pets under 25lbs. No fenced in yard.

The one thing that stood out with this home when it was purchase earlier this year to be renovated was how big the rooms were. There is ample space in each bedroom and the living room itself has plenty of room for large furniture. The downstairs den is equally large with its own half bath. With 2 good size drive under garage bays and new garage door hardware in place, this rental has a lot to offer with plenty of room. Even the laundry room downstairs is oversized to lend plenty of storage space.

    "I have lived here in this town all my life. It's a busy town with a lot of historical places and events. The public transit is a great way to get where you need to go as long as it's in the town limits. For the most part the neighbors are friendly and businesses continue to grow. We have a excellent public library and many great schools which are safe. If you are not a resident at least come for a visit. I feel lucky to be able to say how much I love this area and am able to pass it on to the public of what a great town this truly is."
