Association provides common facility maintenance and landscaping, and a clubhouse where residents can use a private room for party. Enjoy this spacious townhome, as well as park/playground, tennis, and swimming in the summer!

Tenant pays $2,150 monthly rent, and all utilities (electricity, gas, water, and garbage). Landlord pays for Homeowners Association dues. We do not charge application fees. But we do check everything and run credit reports. Renters need to have good income, credit and rental history. Appreciate renters be upfront with any credit or other issues. Prefer no pets, but a small dog under 10 lbs can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
