Small dog up to 25 pounds or cat OK. Maximum of 2 pets. Dogs and cats only. Responsive, caring landlord. Usually handle any issues with the home such as a breakdown of equipment within the first 24 hours. Feel free to drive by and look in windows from the porches.

First and last month's rent plus security deposit of $1000 equals $3000 to move in. One year lease. Each occupant 18 years and older to fill out a rental application. Application fee $10. Credit score 650+. Must pass background check. Proof of past three months income. Reference from prior landlords. Absolutely no smoking. $300 non-refundable pet fee for first pet and $150 for second pet. Max. 2 pets. Cats and dogs up to 25 lbs only. No birds, reptiles, farm animals, etc. This home is NOT in the HUD program. After reviewing applications I will set up tours of house with prospective qualified tenants.
