Concrete slab behind 2-car detached garage for boat or RV. 1970's Kitchen needs updating includes without warranty gas stove top, double oven, 2 sinks,dishwasher and refrigerator. Lots of wood cabinetry and window in kitchen looks out to backyard. Newer light fixtures in kitchen and recessed lights in dining area. 3 bedrooms off of hallway are all nice sized with newer windows, & ceiling fans. Full Bath has some remodeling is original full bath. 3/4 Bath remodeled but does not have permit. 4th Bedroom was originally part of family/dining room addition. Home does need some updating and exterior paint but is the best priced property for the size and lot!

There are many tree lined streets in this tract, with charming old historic homes. There's nothing cookie cutter about this area. We have old spanish style, cottages and bungalows. The people here are friendly, and welcoming. Shops and restaurants are at walkable distances. The freeways are conveniently located without being too close to hear. The weather is perfect, being only 4.5 miles away from the ocean. This part of Long Beach is the perfect compromise between L.A. and Orange county. I absolutely love it!"
