As is common in this neighborhood, the garden comes with a porch cat that keeps the less desirable animals away.
You can park 3 cars in tandem in the driveway off street parking is a luxury in a historic neighborhood. There is also space for several more cars on the streets to the front and the side of the house.
The master bedroom is large enough for a queen size bed. There is a private bathroom with a claw foot tub, a large medicine cabinet, and an antique washstand with a vessel sink.
The second Bedroom has the 11 foot ceilings, a closet, and a full sized murphy (wall) bed.
The hall bath has 11 foot ceilings and is tiled from floor to ceiling. It has a curb-less shower with 2 shower heads, a chandelier, an antique washstand with a vessel sink and a large medicine cabinet.
The house includes a full size, front load, washer & dryer. Lastly, there is a newer package unit HVAC and a high capacity tankless water heater.
APPLICATION FEES: $40.00 FOR THE FIRST ADULT; $20.00 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL ADULT.
SECURITY DEPOSIT IS EQUAL TO THE MONTHLY RENT.
7 MONTH LEASE.
SMALL PETS MAY BE CONSIDERED WITH A NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE.
