"It’s a 10 minute drive to the grocery store and gas station. 20-25 minute drive to town where there are shopping centers NAS Pax, restaurants, etc. "

"This is a wonderful area especially if you are inclined toward nature. There are access to several beaches by foot and even more by boat. The entire area feels very real with nature, you can hear the waves crash against the shore a block away and the water is full of various wildlife, geese, swan, many variety of duck, lots of fish and crabs and the list goes on. Giant osprey and eagles abound along with a plethora of songbirds, cardinals, jays and on and on it goes. "
