Lawns aren’t mowed, cars are allowed to park on the street on hills/curves, cars are allowed to speed through our curvy hilly neighborhood, homes are falling apart, the walking trail isn’t maintained, neighborhood pools are not maintained nor is the clubhouse."

"Depending on the building, it’s pretty quiet most days after 5pm. On non-eventful weekends streets are safe enough for morning jogs around the city. There are some unhoused that walk the streets but most are neighborly. "

"It is very quiet and quaint. No problems that I have seen. You may see the occasional deer or even snake. Neighborhood is very walkable to walk dogs and have kids outside to feel safe"

"I’ve lived here for about 5 years. This is a very quiet neighborhood, we don’t really see our neighbors very much and when we do they are always very friendly. The landscape is well maintained also, and looks very nice. A peaceful neighborhood for a walk."
