This great townhome is located in one of the best maintained gated communities in the Tampa Bay area. Only two minutes away from I-75, the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway (Crosstown) and US-301. The main floor features an open layout that starts with a perfectly sized kitchen, and ends with an amazing view of a natural pond.

Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms (each with its own bathroom). The laundry room is conveniently located in the hallway close to the bedrooms. The master bedroom shares the same water view as the family room downstairs. Imagine waking up in the morning and watching the sun peek above the water, from the comfort of your own bedroom... or downstairs, with a cup of coffee on the screen covered lanai!

I cannot praise this community enough! The exterior paint is always fresh, the common areas always clean, and the landscape and sod perfectly manicured.

All maintenance outside the home is included. Rent includes basic cable and water. One parking space assigned but plenty of guest/tenant parking.
