There are college students, tourists, commuters, retirees, bicyclists, and pedestrians, each in a hurry and competing for the same space. In addition, one doesn't have to go very far to find a busy construction project. "

    "Lived here 11 years now, I love it. People complain about the traffic here but its no worse than any other city. Schools are plentiful and Take Out food is very diverse, you need to be aware that 100 degree day days are common for 10 months of the year but if you can handle that, its a great family city."
