I've had three kids come through Warrenwood Elementary. Our first year was a virtual year, and there have been many ups and downs of which I contribute mostly to the school district not providing enough for services, teachers, etc.But in our last two years under a new principal, I've seen great improvements, including an active PTA, more school spirit, great teachers that stick around, and effective educational tools to improve the students' learning capabilities.My child will be moving on to middle school soon and their grades have improved greatly, they've made friends, they love their teachers, and have truly blossomed at Warrenwood. They talk excitedly about what they're learning and are driven to succeed. I've had great communication with most of the staff. In its current state, I would recommend Warrenwood!

It has been great. The annual reports show that we been in the top 2-4 schools in Cumberland county since 2011, so I'm confused why the great school rating is still 3/10. It is by far the most close knit school in Cumberland county no matter your race or background, and Smith prepares most of us to go into the work force/trade school (which should be an eval criteria by it self). You might not always get straight A's but the teachers are here to make sure you understand material not just pass the EOC's, and honor is a major part of our tradition. Great sports teams, and the fire science academy has sent high school students from poverty directly to the middle class. Everything I have I owe to this school.
