Neighborhood Description

There are children in the neighborhood and the rear is close to Linear Park. The closest neighbor is willing to construct a fence between the properties with your materials. A large maple tree shades the backyard. There is a new perennial bed behind the new picket fence and new landscaping in the front with flagstone path. The neighbors have been very supportive and encouraging during the long renovation process, helping with lawn mowing, etc.
