About this House

This is a great home and move in ready and there can be a quick closing on this home. Great four bedroom home with two full baths. Brick front and vinyl sides and back.. Home is fenced and has a large 20x14 covered patio. The owner has laminate floors throughout and tile in all the wet areas. The kitchen is large and open and has a breakfast nook that is large as well and there is a breakfast bar. The kitchen cabinets are all wood, with dishwasher, built in microwave, and garbage disposal. The stove is electric smooth surface. Plenty of room in this kitchen. The home has 2" faux blinds. There is a coat closet and a linen closet. The great room has vaulted ceilings and is large and open with a sliding glass door that leads to the covered patio. The master bedroom has two large closets and the master bathroom has a single vanity with wood cabinet and a garden tub/shower combination with a rain showerhead. The additional bedrooms are both good size. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. There was a new RUDD A/C installed in 2010 inside and out and all new A/C vent grills installed throughout the home as well as a new return air grill. A new programmable T-Stat was installed as well. There is updated lighting and ceilings fans in all the bedrooms and great room. The storage shed is staying and is 10x10. This home is total electric. There is no homeowners association so you can park your boat with no worries from the neighborhood. The owner had the septic tank pumped in 2011 and it was clear. The owner has a yearly termite bond with ENSC and no termite damage or wood rot.. There is an alarm system. This home is move in ready. Great home, great location and some of the best schools Bennett Russell, Avalon and Pace HS. Close to Whiting Field and UWF.
