This house has never been rented and was our first home in Delaware. No pets, no smoking, and no shoes were allowed in this house. It's very clean. The house is about 5 miles from the Dover Air Force Base and about a mile from the Route 1 Exit towards Wilmington or Rehoboth. Beaches and outlet malls are about 40 minutes from us. We moved because our son needed to be closer to the university. Other than this, we would have never moved. The neighbors are caring & helpful and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.

    "It’s very easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. White Oak rd can be busy closer to 13 but this far back is great. Very close to Route 1 and lots of back road to drive to clear your mind when needed. Also still close to shopping, main road and highways, and Dover AFB."
