"Very long and stressful. My work in Grapevine and the distance is not ideal. The amount of spent on gas is outrageous. There is bumper to bumper traffic all the way."

"From NE Dallas to Downtown and back is getting worse. No way to expand current roads to keep up with the seemingly sudden growth spurt. "

"Don't go out after 8pm with your kids because a lot of partying and crazy people walking around. Watch your kids around traffic since people dont know how to drive around here."

"Great area for nightlife and food, not so good for families. The schools are rated poorly and are a little rough. Some of the areas are very charming and historic others are scary. I would live here again but not with children. "
