It is located just two blocks from El Camino Real in Encinitas in a family-oriented cul de sac. It's an easy walking distance to dozens of restaurants, shops, etc. It has a full kitchen. It is less than 3 miles from Moonlight Beach, one of the best beaches in North County! The Community has tennis courts, a pool, and a few parks (including a large off-lease dog park nearby). Pet friendly artificial turf being installed this month (prior to move-in). Any sized dogs and cats welcome with additional deposit (total deposit negotiable). Owner must be able to meet animals prior to signing lease to insure non-aggressive nature. Also, excessive barking won't be tolerated (owner discretion). Full sized laundry access in garage "almost" exclusively for tenant (second laundry inside home for owners). Additional monthly fee of $150 covers all utilities, wifi, and cable (YouTubeTV). Renters insurance and additional pet deposit required as applicable.

Excessive barking will not be allowed and must be managed (shock collar, etc) if it cannot be managed to owners satisfaction (we have three dogs so it's not "that" strict"). First & last month plus Deposit prior to move-in. Pet deposit negotiable.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."
