I spent thirty years in education, and this was one of the most toxic and disappointing workplaces of my career.I chose to leave in 2025 because the culture had become dominated by negativity, favoritism, bullying, and unprofessional behavior. Rather than fostering collaboration and respect, the environment generated unnecessary conflict and made it difficult for dedicated educators to focus on what actually matters: providing students with the education and support they deserve.A school's culture directly affects the quality of education students receive. When professionalism, respect, and accountability are absent among staff and leadership, the learning environment suffers, whether or not anyone names the problem out loud.Parents place enormous trust in a school when they entrust it with their children. I know the difference between a healthy school community and a toxic one, and this is not a healthy one. For that reason, I cannot recommend this school. Until accountability, professionalism, and respect become the standard rather than the exception, students, families, and dedicated educators will continue to bear the consequences.
