Views from the large living room are spectacular. Enjoy scenic river views from the spacious balcony. Carpeted living and sleeping areas. Hardwood ceramic tile in kitchen and dining area. The HVAC is zoned with a main unit and a second unit in the master bedroom. All utilities included including high-speed internet. Cox cable TV ready. (Cable television not included.) The complex is conveniently located to OSU Medical Center, St. Johns, and Hillcrest Hospitals. The Cox convention center is across the street and the BOK is two blocks away. The downtown Tulsa nightlife is within walking distance, while the downtown shuttle stop is only one block over. The complex features covered parking, security 24/7, game room, and open lobby's. Our location is perfect for people new to the Tulsa area and for medical personnel working or studying at one of the close by hospitals.

The monthly rental price includes all utilities. internet, basic cable, parking, security, and amenities. Background check required. $20 non refundable background check fee and $100 non refundable final cleaning fee required at signing, along with refundable deposit.

    "Depending on the building, it’s pretty quiet most days after 5pm. On non-eventful weekends streets are safe enough for morning jogs around the city. There are some unhoused that walk the streets but most are neighborly. "
