Super close to the new kayak/boat launch for the Saluda River (the boat launch is even handicap friendly!), the awesome Pelzer theater, new local restaurants and ice cream shop - only about 8-9 miles to the water park too! Fort Hill Gas/Pelzer Water/Duke Energy $795/month, $795/security deposit - owner does not warranty condition of the two sheds on the property. No pets.     "This neighborhood is 8 miles from the shopping areas of Fairview and I-385 yet feels very rural and is the reason for the peace and quiet. 52 acre private lake for the 40 homesites located around it. No loud motors on the lake, 5hp trolling motors only. Safe and friendly area."
