The home has a large window room that leads out to the pool area. There is a large pool table in there that can be added to the purchase for $2500. There is a pond in the back yard that attracts wildlife. The garage is a size of a 3 car garage. There is lots of parking area and lots of storage. Recently the pool was upgraded to a salt pool with automation upgrade. The recent upgrades include a 2 year old roof, pool heater, pool screens, some windows, garage door opener, and sprinkler system. This is a very large property.
