The house has two bedrooms, one bath, spacious kitchen with island and dining area, beautiful living room facing horse pastures and two porches. Blackberry Stables is a beautiful and peaceful place and we'd love to find renters that are respectful of the horses and other farm animals.

We're renting out the ground level of the house for $1500 per month. No pets. No Smoking. First and last month's rent plus security deposit of $1000 due at signing of contract. Tenant to pay utilities.

    "This home fills a niche that few others do, priced in a range that's very hard to find in the Asheville area. It's in a peaceful neighborhood, lots of trees, good neighbors and a few cows and horses that add a lot to the "ruburb" (rural suburb) ambiance. The house and grounds are well maintained and easy to keep up. Very cozy...worry free and move-in ready. Perfect for anyone needing a bit more elbow room close to town. It's an easy drive, and Leicester has the least expensive gas in the county. With the county population expected to double in the next 15 years, Leicester will be a good place to invest in a less stressful future."
