There's a small nook for a desk area and a seasonal sun room with a high ceiling, lined with windows facing the view which is usable in Spring, Summer and Fall. It is not heated for winter use. The cottage has a small deck area and a small grass yard. It is perfect for a small gathering of friends or family.
There is enough parking for 3 cars.
A cat or small dog is permitted with a pet fee of $250 for a dog.
All applicants should have good credit with a score of 700 or better and verifiable income with pay stubs or employment letter.
The house is perfect for a 2 adults or 2 adults and a child or infant. It is not large enough for a bigger family.

Owner pays for cold water and sewer. The tenant pays for all other utilities. A small dog or cat is permitted, there is a $250 pet fee for a dog.
