Great location and area. Very quiet and located in a cul-de-sac. Right across from the pool and many walking grass areas. Walking distance from the Oakland A's practice and Hohokam stadium. One story and very spacious. Gated community and private. Common area is taken care of by the HOA but renters are required to take care of yard in the courtyard area and backyard. Courtyard and backyard are mostly brick and rocks. Security door and shutters on all doors and windows.
