  • Phill Colins
"I have lived here my whole life. What makes this place unique is the layout of the town. Most houses have 1 acre of property. Perfect space in between neighbors. 50 minutes to NYC. 20 to Princeton. And maybe 40 to the place. If you are looking to move your family to the suburbs this is it."
  • Raulvelazquez
"Open space. Lawns well kept. Most pet owners pick up after their dogs. Friendly environment. Most residents keep to themselves. "
  • Bala
"Lot of open spaces... great schools and an outdoor person's dream... good restaurants around the area... "
  • Amy O.
"Nice and it is also very safe. On the more upper scale in expense. Gradually making strides to enhance the town bit by bit. "
  • Maliha C.
"I see people walk their dogs all the time. There are sidewalk and trash bins along the main roads. However, there’s no dog parks. "
  • Tylerrice3
"great school district with many programs that give back to the community and the 4th of July event is nice and does not have to many people"
  • Liz0221
"It’s an affluent area with exceptional schools and traditional NJ high priced homes and taxes. Good for families and not so much for retirees. Schools atmosphere is extremely competitive, with lots of extracurricular activities for kids at all school levels. All in all, good places to live."
  • Neighbor
"Doesn’t get any better great schools great folks, nice scenery, Delaware Raritan canal is a great place to go for a walk, run or bike ride"
  • Ryan B.
"They would Love the larger yards for dogs to run around and play. Can have a fenced in yard and could get an invisible fence."
  • Our7thheaven
"The local roads are open all the time, but highway (Rt. 206) is always congested during rush hour and weekends."
  • Cesar T.
"There is only one lane on 206 to get to 287 or to Princeton. During rush hours, traffic builds up. They are working on a bypass to alleviate this issue. Other than that, it is an easy commute to work"
  • Srslotkin
"Safe neighborhoods, great school system, commutable to New York and Philadelphia, close to Princeton "
  • Jesslpnek15
"Pike run has different sizes of apartments , condos, even homes to choose from. There is a gym, playground, huge community pool with a kiddie pool and hot tub, tennis courts, and plenty of paths to walk around freely! Best of all it is extremely safe"
  • Joedillon68
"My wife and I have been here for 13 years and love the area. Two parks across the street, great neighbors (we host an Oktoberfest and Winter Holiday Party every year to all get together). Easy access to both New York City and Philadelphia (each about an hour by car). Downtown Princeton 4 miles away and New Brunswick about 10 so lots to do in a short distance."
  • Kiranberu
"Absolutely peaceful, well maintained and extremly safe neighborhood with great families. Love it !"
  • Kanwar N.
"Montgomery is an upscale quiet town that borders Princeton. Many people are IT, Healthcare, Law, Financial professionals etc On a national scale, Montgomery is rated a 1 (out of 1-10 crime index) with 1 being safest/least crime. Montgomery is the fastest growing town in Somerset County. Montgomery School District is in the top 10% nationally and is rated at 10 by GreatSchools.Org (the highest rating). Montgomery High School consistently ranks in the top SAT scores and Advanced Placement in the State of NJ. MHS is well known for its Robotics Team."
