Amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom historic apartment in Cincinnati. Building originally constructed in 1904 with beautiful and original carved wood. Amenities included: central heat, dishwasher, hardwood floors, updated kitchen, laundry in building, all utilities paid, and free high speed internet. Landlord is pet friendly. Available now for $1,750/month rent. Virtual 3D tour available via MatterPort link below. Open house showings on April 24, April 30, and May 1 from 2 - 6pm.

Strict non-smoking policy. There is an application fee of $55 which includes a background check and credit report. We do not automatically deny applications for poor credit. All leases are month-to-month from the start. We give preference to tenants looking to stay at least one year. No additional fees for pets. Off-street parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Coin-operated laundry is available in the basement. Floor standing air conditioners are included with the unit.
