8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI attended Rustburg high school until my senior year, I had to get out. The teachers were all very sweet, but some were highly inappropriate. I thought the principals handled everything in a bad manner. The students were always fighting, the food was served in poor quality, and everything about this school never defined success. The support system for his special needs transferred from his elementary school seamlessly. I always felt like I was truly a part of his process. In regards to getting the support I felt was needed to implement a routine or course of action at home & having it carried out at school . For example if he was misbehaving. I felt as if they really really cared about him and everyone there involved in his day to day truly went above & beyond to ensure the most positive & successful outcome possible !! The progress he made from his grades ( struggled to honor roll ) and his emotional struggles / maturity are astounding!Parent Review7mo ago
