After@ 40 years, seller hates to leave this well maintained brick ranch with an awesome level large lot in a great location. The screened porch overlooking the large backyard is one of the best features. There are 2 outbuildings and extra paved patio space and its fenced in. Inside, the home is spacious and has a great floor plan. The formal living room is being used as the dining room and the "dining room" is now a sitting area that opens up to the kitchen. The den is a great size and has a lovely fireplace (has gas logs, but they are not hooked up). The former garage (could be made back into a garage pretty easily) was turned into a workshop, plus an office/ study area that leads into the walk in (huge) laundry room. The garage door that opens to the workshop is newer and very light. In the kitchen, ALL the stainless appliances stay! There are 3 bedrooms (some just painted) and 2 very nice sized bathrooms! The closets are good sized, too! (Washer and dryer can stay "as is"). House in good shape. Seller requesting "as is" .

    "We have the Mauldin cultural center that has live plays indoors. And they do a few productions a year outdoors when the weather is pleasant. They also have beach Fridays with live bands, food trucks very family friendly."
