Yards professionally landscaped with grass, gardens and stone gathering spaces, rear yard has irrigation system. Logs professional cleaned, sealed and stained in 2009.The backyard has a huge, freshly painted and reroofed, storage shed. New carpet & window coverings in 2009. New roof on house in 2012. Driveway and front and side walkways were widened and professionally resurfaced in 2009.

It definitely doesn't feel like your typical mobile home community. It's cheap to live here, but everyone takes pride in their homes. Great place for people with families and for retired people too. The lots are huge and there's tons of trees for privacy. It's right on the side of a mountain, so there's lots of wildlife and hiking trails around the community. "

Cost of living is through the roof and the flagstaff community only cares and builds for collage students.
