The house was remodeled in May 2022. Fresh interior and exterior paint. Newer laminate and tile flooring. Brand new carpets in 3 bedrooms. Kitchen remodel featuring newer counter top and white cabinets, brand new kitchen sink and faucet, brand new stainless steel dishwasher and microwave. Ceiling fans are located in living room and all three bedrooms. Brand New Central Heat and Air with Brand New Duct system was installed on 9/9/22. Fresh sod with brand new auto sprinkler system in front lawn. Guest bathroom has tub only for bath but no shower head. Close to school, shopping, park and freeway.
The house used to be staged. Now it was destaged. So the furniture and items are not included for rent. Stainless steel refrigerator can stay for rent.
The rent is $2200 per month. The Secrurity deposit is $2400. No smoking. May consider one dog under 25 pounds. Dog rent is $35 per month with deposit $500. Cat rent is $20 per month with deposit $200. Maximum deposit two pets. Tenants are responsible for all the utilities and front lawn service ($70 paid to the landscaper at end of the each month if you don't mow the front lawn).

Must have very good credit. Minimum credit score 640.
No collections and no recent late payment on credit report.
If your credit needs minor repair or new to the job, the first month rent and extra secrurity deposit are required upon signing rental agreement. $20 application/documentation fee per adult paid to the landlord upon signing rental agreement.
Gross verifiable income must be 3 times higher than the rent.
Must have good rental references.
