Less than 5 minutes walk to Subway
Close to everything from post offices, grocery stores to pharmacies and laundromats. A 24-hour open rite aid just 2 mins walk. Around 30 mins to Union Square and NYU and less than 25 mins to Pace University and Wall street. (N and R train and easy transfer to D train) This is a safe neighborhood for sure. No pets and professionals preferred, but students are fine. Good credit and income highly preferred. Single preferred but couples are welcome. Each room is paired with an air purifier. A vacuum is provided to increase the ease of cleaning. An ideal candidate in terms of personality will be someone who has little friends visit, quiet and easy going about things. No passive aggressive folks or very sensitive folks here. People here gotta be open minded but respectful at the same time. It is also important you are able to be clean all the time and willing to do recycling carefully.

One month deposit and first-month rent to move in.

So many places to go to everything is so conveniently located it can be loud at times but loud with music and people just being happy yes there is the occasional drunk but they don’t really bother. Sunset park is a fusion of many cultures and amazing foods. We are proud of our neighborhood sunset park."
