You will have close access to Carr Pond where you can canoe, kayak, or fish.

We are 10 minutes away from downtown Wickford and Newport is 20 mins away. 138 and RT 4 access is nearby, so commutes are easy.

The home is very secluded and very peaceful located down a private driveway and set in the midst of many trees. All lawn and home maintenance is provided. Our last renter was here for over 6 years and is happy to provide a reference.

    "This is a big dog town, you can even bring your dog into a couple of the stores. A few stores have bowls of water and treats outside for the dogs as well. There are poop bags around town for convenience as it is a nice place to walk around. People come and park in tow so they can walk their dogs around."

This area is quiet yet very convenient to shopping (Walmart, Home Depot, Stop & Shop Supermarket), transportation (NYC-Providence-Boston train station 7 minutes away plus Park and Ride and bus stop) and the best beaches in New England. Our elementary school was recently named a National Blue Ribbon School, our middle school has also received this honor and our high school consistently ranks in the top 4 currently 3rd in RI out of 49 public high schools."
