Nice, clean 2-bedroom, 1-bath single family home with garage and fenced yard. Centrally located with quick and convenient access to all shopping and restaurants on Washburn Way, South 6th St and Main St.

Minimum 1-year rental agreement. Security deposit of 1.5x rent must be paid in advance of occupancy. Occupancy limited to 2 per bedroom. Cats and dogs are welcome (additional rent per pet required; 2-pet maximum per household). No smoking allowed in homes, garages or outbuildings (storage, shed, etc.). Background/credit check fee $45 per adult.

    "I have no idea I am in a rural area. Oregon isn’t what used to be people litter. I hate that the fines should be much heavier. Maybe they wouldn’t do it. however, southern Oregon is beautiful and much more quieter than the concrete jungles of California. I love it here. "
