The house is set back from the road and fenced in with a gate. Safe for children and animals.

Large private backyard with cinder block area for big bonfires. Trees line the back fence. Flower bed with native plants surrounding back deck.

Front flower beds also all native plants. Really beautiful spring/summer/fall interest plants. Holly, magnolia, river birch, pine, and oak are some of the mature trees on the property.

Friendly neighbors. Schools are really close by. Food Lion just 2 minutes from home - super convenient. Walmart and Lowe’s grocery stores also less than 3 miles away.

Newer neighborhood walking distance (or less than a minute driving) from home - nice for sidewalk walks.

Newest update - brand new 48 gallon water heater May 2021.

The wood floors throughout the entire home make for easy cleaning. All bedroom closets are substantial size in this home! Master is a walk-in! Double sinks in the master bathroom.

Lots of natural light in the home. Do not need lights on during the day.

"Nothing!! Neighbors & neighborhood do not do anything!! Most neighbors are not very friendly. We have neighbors that do not keep dogs on a leash and just allow them to roam around all day long. Now I can’t even walk my dogs anymore and I use to do it every day sometimes twice a day. Now unable to do it at all because my dogs freak out everytime dogs that are not in a leash approach us and they almost fight every time. It is extremely annoying!!! "
  • Jmgallegos34
