Tenant is responsible for basic upkeep, lawn care, and keeping the home clean and damage-free.

Babcock Ranch is a quiet, family-friendly community.

No major alterations without permission.
No painting, remodeling, or installations without landlord's written approval.

Trash must be disposed of properly.
Follow Babcock Ranch's trash and recycling pickup schedule.

Renter's insurance is recommended.
Tenant is responsible for insuring personal belongings.

Landlord may enter with notice.
