No unauthorized occupants.
All residents must be listed on the lease.
No subleasing or Airbnb.
The home may not be rented or listed without landlord's written approval.
Maintain the property.
Tenant is responsible for basic upkeep, lawn care, and keeping the home clean and damage-free.
Report maintenance issues promptly.
Notify the landlord of any repairs or concerns as soon as possible.
Respect the neighbors and community rules.

No major alterations without permission.
