Property is being sold in an as-is condition, and the condition is unknown and may include defects, possible health or safety hazards, or debris, or be located in a Special Flood Hazard Area. Proof of Funds Required. The seller requires that the high bidder be able to demonstrate proof of funds or financing pre-qualification within 24 hours of the auction. Buyer must obtain a pre-qualification letter from a lender of their choice. 3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe teachers and principal at this school are the worst I've ever seen, and that's saying a lot considering I've been in and around education for over 20 years. Students are allowed to violate rules, steal, and bully each other with basically no consequences. As a parent, if you email a teacher a question, you might get a response but you probably won't. If you do get a response, it'll be lackluster. I've had ONE teacher actually seem to care. The principal has no problem inconveniencing parents but the first time you ask her to do something, she'll say "it's not fair" because she has over 700 kids and it's too much of an inconvenience. I'm sorry, what?! I'm what universe does a professional adult say something to do with their job is unfair...what are we--5 years old?! If you have an IEP, don't expect it to be followed. If you find an instance where you can say it wasn't followed, they'll outright lie and assert that it was. I seriously HATE this school.Parent Review1y ago
