Can run around on this land with nothing on its so secluded and its only 5 minutes from happy hour, shopping, schools, church, and hospitals. Taxes are very affordable. About 3700. It cost me about 18 hundred a year to heat this place because it is insulated so well. It's an oil and wood combination furnace. Last winter was 12 below at times and my house was heated to seventy five inside Just burning wood. I wear shorts. Deer and turkeys are often out back. Perfect place for living off grid or on. There is a garden, a stream, a creek, and a small frog pond. Excellent big and small game hunting. Very safe away from road for children. I have not put a garage up yet. There is a large 48 foot trailer storage shed. There is a large one floor studio the size of the house next to the woods. Studio needs some work. two trees fell on it. We removed them and we just put a steel roof on studio and it should last a lifetime. There is a bathroom in the studio and furnace too. Pictures of the studio are not on here yet. Studio Could be used for rec room or a hobbies shop. Basically it's a big glorified fort. Needs a lot of work though. Need siding some insulation some Sheetrock and a lot of TLC. Plenty of room for parking several cars for social gatherings. We just had a nice graduation party up here. I lived here 30 years and I'm thinking on getting something smaller or moving south. House is 9 years old and I'm still doing a few things in side to finish. The price is set where it is because there is some minor things to do. Thought I'd put the property on to see If any one is interested. Please feel free to pull in and look and make an appointment to look around. The driveway is over 1000 feet long. Good snow tires on front wheel drive make it no problem in winter.
