Whole house freshly painted, new stove, new master vanity installed December 2025.

Home is also on Dallas Housing/Section 8 if needed. If you have housing records on your background and pass screening, the deposit is equal to two months rent. This is in addition to first months rent.

The lease is for one year. Does not include utilities. Tenant is responsible for lawn care. If tenant needs landlord to cover lawn care, an additional $150 per month will be added to the monthly costs which also covers bushes being trimmed regularly.
