"it's not a safe neighborhood. there are gunshots on a weekly basis. I do not recommend anyone move to this area, especially if they have children. we have seen police presence, high speed chases, drug deals in the street, people walking their dogs off leash. it's not safe."

"It’s a diverse neighborhood. Noelridge Park also has a mixture of young and older population. It’s ideal and unique because it’s in a centralized location and close to the the interstate."

"They would be able to walk their dog all the time. Make sure that their dogs are used to fireworks when the parks set them off on July 4th each year."

"Its a good neighborhood with lots of families and kids. There is a park nearby with a splashpad, an elementary school, a university lots of athletic fields within walking distance. "

"I have lived in this neighborhood for 7 years and love it. The neighbors are friendly, and I feel safe. We are close to restaurants, stores, and the interstate. This neighborhood is conveniently located next to the Noelridge Aquatic Center, Noelridge Botanical Garden, splash pad, duck pond, fitness park, brand new all-inclusive Variety Star Playground at Noelridge Park for children of all abilities, and the beautiful Noelridge nature trail."
