But, this walkout area has its own full bath, single car garage and private patio. Great for a grown child or in-law. The men will enjoy the four car plus garage the owner uses for his hobbies. The almost one acre lot is great for outdoor activities. This house has several acres of woods behind it and in front of it across the street. Early evening is great for watching deer. Conveniently located near First Ave shopping, Stringtown School and Evansville Country Club.
