This home is a beautiful open concept single story home to a good standard located on a corner lot on the very popular Lake Wilson Preserve. This home was painted within 1 year as well as new flooring in the living room.The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living room has a vaulted ceiling. The home benefits from two almost identical master suites with en suite bathrooms, and walk in closets, while the third bathroom has a tub and shower giving real flexibility in the accommodation. All bedrooms have good closet space and there is a large closet in the entrance hall, currently used as an owners lockout. The West facing pool deck and covered lanai and is a great area to enjoy a view of the sunset. The home is just a short drive to Champions Gate golf course, 12 minutes to Disney and is zoned for short term rental. The monthly HOA fee includes the supply of a basic cable TV internet service, and yard care. Princess room beds, queen bed, pool heater and some decorations do not convey.

    "Don’t be outside after dark. Keep an eye out for people that don’t belong in your neighborhood. Intersection or 547 and Ronald Reagan needs a turn lane. The mosquitoes are very bad in loughman."

    "To much traffic!! No respect from the people that are moving into the neighborhood. Everyone is in to big of a hurry. The red light didn’t help. The toll road opening didn’t help residents. It only helps the emergency personnel. Can’t wait to move out of this area!! "

    "Great area to visit, plenty of choices to choose for food, we have had family come visit and we always look from Champions Gate and go towards Lakeland. We try to avoid I-4 to Orlando due to high traffic volume. We hope to see the expansion of Lake Wilson soon since we have the new WaWa and shopping center being built in the area. But overall, it is a good area to visit, live, or stop in and see. We can hardly wait to see what things come to the area over the next few years."

    "I’ve lived here for one year, and have driven around other neighborhoods during garage sales, or during Christmas to view lights. It is an area that is great to live, but it also is very close to attractions that bring in the tourist. So the typical busy season for Disney means shopping my at your local Publix will take longer or something you are looking for may be out that day/week. But the openness of the neighbors and the ability to go outside my house at night without worry of anything going wrong is nice. I also appreciate that we have neighbors that will help with yard work or recommendations for places to check out."
