Description

23-Year young home in central location near Stacy Boulevard and West End with its shops, restaurants, beaches, and museums. Main level living room and eat-in kitchen have fine views over the roof tops toward City Hall and the new Beauport Hotel. There's a small deck off kitchen and stairs that leads down to a brick patio space that's perfect for cooking out or just lounging on those hot summer days. Because the home was built into side of a hill, the large lower level family room is a sun filled space with windows on three sides. A bonus is the 2nd kitchen off this space with full bath beyond. Hosting large family dinners is easy (you could serve loads of guests in this 18' x 24' family room). Unfinished utility room holds furnace, new hot water heater, washer/dryer, and plenty of storage space. This would make a great gym/work-out room. This is a light filled home with warm hues and that is in good condition and in a great location... What's not to love!
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
