About this House

We are looking for a roommate for our spacious 4 bed 2 bath in East Cambridge - no fee required!
We prefer someone who wants to join the lease starting Jan 1st, but the room can be available earlier as well, at no additional cost.
Available for short-term lease as well
Available for virtual tour anytime

- The room is large, has great sunlight, a built-in closet, AC unit/fan, and a TV on the wall. It comes partially furnished, with the queen bed and nightstand included (all furniture is negotiable; can also move it out if you need).
- The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a dishwasher and an enormous fridge.
- We also have an in-unit washer/dryer, a large outdoor deck, and two living rooms (downstairs one pictured).

- Your roommates would be two PhD students and a software engineer, all females in our mid-late 20s.
- We are usually quite busy during the day but enjoy spending time together in the evenings. We try to cook together a few times each month, and on occasion will invite one or two friends who are in our very small covid bubble.
- We value cleanliness (have regular chores), respectful noise levels, and a friendly atmosphere.
- One of the friends in our covid bubble has the sweetest dog in the world; she comes to visit once or twice a week

We pay for utilities ($30-$60)
Also available for short term (4mo) lease at no additional cost
Can come furnished or unfurnished, depending on your needs
Bathroom is shared with one other roommate

The house is conveniently located: 10min walk from Kendall T station and MIT, as well as 15min from Lechmere. There is a bus stop 5min away with direct bus lines to Harvard. It's under a 10 minute walk to the nearest grocery store, and just two blocks from a post office or pharmacy.
