About this House

This is a beautiful 3/2 home in Aberdeen. It sits in a quiet neighborhood on .43 acres. This can easily become a 4/2 by adding a closet to the 4th room which has a window. It will need HVAC and ducts, windows, electrical and plumbing upgrades, flooring and some drywall. Kitchen and baths will need upgrading. There is a Elementary and Middle School within walking distance (2 Blocks or less) and a High school and Daycare Center within 1 mile from this home. Also, the Pennisula Town Center is less than 2 minutes away, to include Lowes, Bass Pro Shop, PBR etc. The 64 and 664 Interstate on ramp is about 2 minutes or less away as well. "
