Description

An end-unit townhouse with rustic stone accents in South Brunswicks popular Princeton Walk offers three levels of space with a first floor master suite for easy manageability. A private side entrance with shady porch and a sunny rear deck with wooded views offer opportunities to exercise a green thumb. Inside, vaulted open rooms lend themselves to entertaining and family time. Wood laminate defines the entry and creates a durable path to the powder room, laundry and garage. The living room with soaring skylights and marble fireplace is completely open, as is the dining room with the added space of a bay. The kitchen, also tall and bright with sliders and an atrium window, offers plenty of space for meals. The master embraces every season with both a slate fireplace and deck access. Its 5-piece bath features a Jacuzzi and walk-in closet. Below, the finished basement hosts a game room and office behind French doors, while a reading loft above is convenient to two vaulted bedrooms with two baths. $430,000 609-737-7765

"The area is friendly and the people are kind and welcoming. It’s a fairly very quiet area and the kids all play together. The community pool and play ground are a great asset. I wish the park was a bit bigger for the children to have more to play with but that can all be addressed with board members. It’s a safe community and many look out for one another depending on who you speak to. But everyone is kind. I really enjoy living here. "
