About this House
Comfortable, country living awaits in this 1-story, 28' x 43' Ranch home on 2 acres of rolling fields surrounded by woods and wildflowers. The landscaping has established perennial beds and evergreen trees providing lovely views from the home's large windows. In the 32' x 24' garage you will find space for vehicles, a large workshop, and a staircase leading to two rooms that could be turned into a garage apartment with finishing. Currently, one room is partially finished as extra guest space. A 24' x 16' storage building sits neatly beside the garage, once housing handmade wood canoes. The home's interior is bright, spacious, and move-in ready. A sun tunnel in the bathroom/laundry adds additional light. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living spaces, plenty of closet space, and more storage in the full basement. The open kitchen/dining area has a large pantry and breakfast bar. Both rooms easily access the connecting living room and 15' 8" x 8' deck overlooking the backyard. A generator, underground utilities, and an air exchange system finish off this coastal home's comfortable, convenient living.
