"The area has a lot of hiking trails and a dog park that dogs can enjoy. Carolina Trace doesn’t have a dog park, but there are plenty of dog owners here and the roads in each of the neighborhoods are relatively safe for walks."

"It's out in the county and very quiet. Lots of wildlife. Lots of trees. Love being so close to nature while still only being 7 minutes from town and because US1 is so close, only 30 from a city."
