Sandy duplex on 1/4 acre. About a 20 min walk from Trax. Approx 1,100 SF. 1 Fireplace. Washer / Dryer hook-ups. 3-Bedrooms, 1-Bathroom (plus extra sink area). 1-Car Carport plus off-street parking. Dishwasher, stove, Refrigerator. Swamp cooler. $950 deposit ($250 non-refundable). This is a downstairs apartment in a duplex with ground level access in the back. The bathroom has access from the hall and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a sink area with a closet on one side. The back yard is fully fenced. New refrigerator. Water, sewer, and garbage paid by landlord. Landlord does lawn care. $15 Application fee per adult. Credit and background check required.

We use a month-to-month lease with a 6-month minimum. Owner is the landlord. NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR PETS on the property.

Rented by owner. No calls on Sunday please. If you are interested, call 801-943-1247. Saturday calls are best.

$1,100 per month rent. $950 deposit ($250 non-refundable). Renter pays all utilities. Landlord pays taxes. 6-Month commitment. W/D hookups.
