Description

After finishing grad school and moving to Menomonie for work, I was unsure of my desire to be in the great state of Wisconsin. With this in mind I decided to rent a wonderful studio apartment instead of committing to a bigger apartment with the possibility of not enjoying my time here. Needless to say, I have come to enjoy the wonderful small town feel of Menomonie and decided to settle down for a while, meaning my one bedroom studio apartment on main street will be available to sublease as soon as possible. You would be taking over my lease from the date you sign the lease agreement until the end of May. There is the potential for you also to sign a lease for next year as this space is still available for the time.

The rent for this space is a cheap $375.00 a month which covers 100% of your utilities, includes cable, and internet as well. On site is also a washing machine and dryer. The apartment is located above an antique store, which is wonderful to not be above one of the bars in town.
